傳統的酵母雙雜交cDNA文庫——Matchmaker
■ 制品說(shuō)明
傳統的酵母雙雜交cDNA文庫構建于pACT或 pACT2或pGAD-GH載體上，這些載體表達的GAL4激活結構域與高度復雜且組織特異的cDNA融合。文庫與Matchmaker酵母菌株Y2H Gold、AH109、Y187及之前所用的Matchmaker  GAL4菌株兼容。
傳統的文庫以 E. coli 的形式提供，因此在使用前必須先擴增并轉化到酵母菌株中。我們推薦用Yeastmaker Yeast Transformation System 2進(jìn)行酵母的轉化。
現在，Takara Bio USA, Inc.推薦 yeast two-hybrid library Mate & Plate 或 normalized yeast two-hybrid Mate & Plate library 與Matchmaker Gold System配套使用。
